Because of its mechanical structure is Spitting Image a display and logotypes typeface. It is however suitable for short texts; the titlings are perfectly for Headlines. Its design is inspired by the Bauhaus works and Russian constructionalists. SpittingImage has been created directly on the screen without any sketch.. An OTF-feature is the alternative selection of certain letters: Lowercase c, g, m, n, o and q; Uppercase B, K, M, Q, V, W X and Y can be replaced by the respectively other form.
