Popelka is Czech for Cinderella. The Czech-German co-production fairy tale movie “Tři oříšky pro Popelku” (“Three hazelnuts for Cinderella”) saw its premier 1973 and has gained cult status in several countries. The opening credits are set in a custom made bold uncial lettering style.. Popelka is a tribute to this famous film opening sequence. It is a careful interpretation of the program’s opening titles lettering, designed by Andreas Stötzner.. Popelka contains a complete pan-European character set and also supports Turkish.
